Green smoothie
Something healthy, quick and simple to make! You can have it at anytime of the day. Try it for breakfast.
Just need some soft fruit, eg. peaches or nectarines, a green vegetable eg. kale, a frozen banana and add some water. Blend it all in a blender until smooth. Make sure the blender can deal with frozen products. Just experiment with the quantities, as a guide - try 3 large peaches or nectarines, a handful of kale, about four cups of water and one medium frozen banana - enjoy!
