Meditation

Bottled water

Gym pass not required - walk!
I walk just over 4km nearly everyday around Watermead Country Park. I used to run a lot and swim about five days a week a long time ago. I stopped it because it was very demanding and I did not really enjoy it. The only reason I did it was because I was ‘told’, that it was good for you. Do you breathe?
Do you ever think about your breath and how you breathe? Breathing is the most important thing we do, yet we don’t spend enough time to improve it.
